Legit all the time or some of the time?
He reworked his action, keeping arm straight during run up.

I am glad that he has/had such a great career and made money.
But he is a stoner.
Do like me, and watch the replay on Youtube.
Pause it during his delivery and look at his arm
So was Murali and many more.

You asked for it.
Feel free to pause the video at the deliver point any of his balls.
And this it the last game that just finished.

The funny thing about you guys is that your opinion is worth .... The umpires believe that his deliveries are legit and that is all that counts. As I have said before, when he reads these posts, all he needs to do is have a look around at all his trophies and shrug off these comments.

Lol you really under de impression that the umpires think his deliveries are legit?
In these lickit leagues the umpires hands are tied. Especially when it comes to big ticket players.

Don't put murali in the same category
Murali had anatomical issues that made his action look suspect, same with akhtar

Narine has had a profitable cricket career for someone who most times bend the rules of the game.

And that's why he refused to play international cricket after the last time he was called.
I have never seen a more blatant pelter than Narine. But I supposed it's only fitting that he's allowed to pelt unabated in mickey mouse cricket.

Ironically the same lickit board BCCI was the first to claim he pelts.
They didn't want him to play against India in International cricket.
His Indian club paid to have him change is action, they saw potential.
He had problems with CWI and T&TCB and vowed to never play for them again. ( Bassarath)
India has paid him and other countries over 30 million US to play cricket.

there is too much personal gains at stake for
umpires
commentators
etc
to call anything they see that might need a second look
not saying this is what is the case here with Narine but no umpire, commentator etc would risk it for the fear of not getting their next IPL gig, etc...
it is what it is
ps: Simon Doull asked a question - how is it that TRK is able to pay for all the stars they have if there is a salary cap...he did it in jest but it is a reasonable question. Doull is not unknown for making these sorts of calls but he is still careful...and he is good for tv

So so confusing these gyrations and genuflecting
Umpires can’t call Narine because their hands are tied for big ticket players
Simultaneously and at the same time and concurrently…small ticket player Polly is a bully but umpires untie dem hands last night

Everyone besides SARS is a chucker
Degrees and human eyesight coupled with nationalistic insecurities make for long threads that go precisely nowhere! Of course Ashwin chucks! His was an attempt to join in rather than some altruistic clean-up in the sport.

Having watched him in recent years I am confident that Narine does not pelt in IPL and its reflected in the lack of turn he get on turning wickets. But his action is far less pure in CPL and regional tournaments. Those off breaks were turning a mile yesterday, especially after the Wasim incident

Narine's action in every single CPL tournament I've seen him play is nothing short of diabolical.
I don't watch the IPL so I don't know if he makes a concerted effort to not pelt in that tournament.
