Haiti's population and Diaspora aren't 95+ black Afro descent. Majority of Jamaican immigrants don't look like and to many in Springfield don't sound like Haitians. Dat man good yes

So racism by definition is something negative based on race:
prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.
What the GOP is good at now falls under xenophobia.
dislike of or prejudice against people from other countries.
Conveniently this xenophobia kicks in when the countries are majority black and brown. So yea it is not racism; it is convenient xenophobia

Do you know that Irish are at about 2nd or 3rd on the illegal immigrants list with large populations in many Northeastern cities? How does xenophobia impact them? Is it a case of more xenophobia when it's blacks and browns or none when it is white ppl?

Sounds like you get it.
Convenient xenophonia is fine. It allows you to see immgrants from shithole countries like Africa, Haiti and El Salvador are not okay but Norway is okay.
