What so different between WI T20 and ODI squads?

From the T20 World Cup team, only Johnson Charles, Rutherford, and maybe DreRuss & Shamar (only because he’s so new to international cricket) don’t or haven’t played ODI’s recently.

The rest are all virtual fixtures in the ODI setup

The test team is markedly different with only 2 all format players in JHo and AlJo

That’s largely because of the CWI’s requirement that players must play in regional FC competition to be selected to the test team. And even with that, JHo is given an exception as he hardly ever plays domestic FC cricket anymore.

The best WI players have no interest in test cricket.

I disagree, ENG test and T20 squad look very different
