Google is your friend. I think Ramada formerly Buddy’s.
Last Easter I stay at an Airbnb just beyond the new highway which is roughly about one half mile from the Stadium.

I think they usually stay at the same Ramada that is the closest to the stadium!
As a matter of fact during the 2007 WC, my brother stayed there and I saw Nasser Hussain leaving.

Goodluck finding a room in Guyana.... especially for the next week or so.
Definitely not getting one at Mariott, Pegasus or Ramada.
Airbnb is a trending thing in Guyana at the moment... especially around G/town... think hotels like Pegasus and Mariott are almost fully booked for the rest of the year.

Banas, go to Google Travel, select date and Hotel. Enter city and it should be straight forward from there.

My sister and bro-in-law just booked @ the Aiden by Best Western in Georgetown for a week from October 1 -7. A bit pricy but dem pockets deep ....

Think Aiden price is like 500 USD per night... only Mariott more expensive. It's the only major hotel with rooms right now though.

There is nice hotel on the east coast just outside Georgetown that I stayed at that cost less and very clean, food is very good . You may want to look into it, Grand Coastal. You can always utilize their taxi service.
