I saw her in one game and wondered if she was the best we could find in the whole Caribbean. She seemed incapable of connecting with any delivery in the vicinity of her off stump. She looked a little better against England, but only a little. England bowled terribly to her, much too straight, allowing her to hit through leg. But she still has a lot of work to do. Remember also that she was dropped at least three times.

That is why batters are allowed to continue scoring runs after a drop catch

For this level of cricket, Joseph will be AT LEAST as good as her parallel openers Fletcher, Charles, Jimbo et al over an extended run

A lot of Josephs around.. she good for this type of game nowadays, be fearless, see ball, hit ball as hard as possible, IPL contract on the horizon

Well offering so many catches is not at all sustainable and it is very unlikely she'll be as lucky again. What I'm saying is that she needs a lot of work before she'll be a consistent performer. happy for her that she succeeded in this England match but her technique needs improving
