i do not believe in conspiracy theories, but since i saw this guy's name a few weeks ago as West indians picked for an upcoming franchise, i was troubled. I have seen him play, and there is nothing special. I went back to view all his statistics, and there is nothing there of any note, in any format of the game. I checked his stats in this year's CPL to see if there is anything I missed, but there was nothing to reveal. I started asking questions, but settled on the notion that his senior teammates using their influence to set up their countryman. However, I was still troubled as to whether it was an underhand attempt to get their man in to the WI team. i do believe that there were several better players than this guy if an honest attempt was made by the franchise selectors.

Then, i saw the man's name surface in the West indies team to tour Sri Lanka. This is the first time in my life i have succumbed to conspiracy theory, believeing that this new dispensation is operating under a "No Shame" policy. They have duped us all, since the advent of the lucrative T20 franchises, and now feel free to be blatant in their disregard of our ability to think, ever conscious that we are too stupid to notice.

Then i came across this article about this two pals of mine, not Ramadhin and Valentine, but Terrance Hinds and Sunil Narine, trying to spin balls around the landlord. The courts called them out both for throwing. Bondje beni mwen.

I wish Hinds all the best, but it is surprising that Greaves is not in the ODI squad, he was the highest runs scorer in last season 50 overs tournament.

Greaves not being in ODI or t20 is really bad.....he did really well in regional....May be he will be in test squad..

Besar , has F.C. batting average @40 with 1 century and 6 fifty....his listA batting also good....T20 same...

Tell us the better players than Hinds,you didn't look up anything because you'd have known that he is not as bad as you think,he has quite a good average and has even got a 102 against LI a team with a very good bowling attack.I refuse to say much more except to say he's a brilliant fielder and a bowler with more skills than many I have see in higher positions than him.I saw him in some FC matches over the last 3 years and he could match any allrounder in a year or so,given the chance.

Correct, Hinds has impressed many for his bowling- he has come a long way.

Also, the main poster is really nasty to bring up stuff that is not related to cricket regarding Narine & Hinds.

Our cricketers, whether we agree with selection or not, should be abused in Social media, especially for things outside of cricket, the lead poster apparently has an ax to grind with Hinds for him/her to stoop so low- no one who disagrees with a particular selection, would get so dirty and personal with a player as he has done with Hinds.

Sad, wish Admin will ban these things.

Based on the numbers that I've looked up Hinds gotta consider himself very very lucky to be anywhere near a WI team....

- Going at close to 10s with the ball
- Batting avg of 10 or so
- As for his fielding. Didn't he drop a sitter couple nights ago?

Maybe someone likes him... at age 32 I don't really see any upside to him. If they wanted a Trini, a better choice would have been Joshua James..

He has been given a raw deal since his performances in Australia with the test team

Hinds will soon catch up with your 2 gods,Rutherford and Paul who has done very little, although there's a whole lotta talk,Hinds going catch dem soon.I think that is your peoblem,now go stand near the lights you may need it to rescue GAW .
