I would hire Sarwan to be the selector.

Sometimes you have to lose to correct your faults.

A proper selector would choose at least 3 or 4 guys from that top 15.

Look, it does not matter what they do, we are chockers, but having said that you have to be doing something right to be making so many finals, but those extra few steps seems to too much
