You should get and read the book. You'll note in this speech, he has basically said Israel is an Apartheid state without using the word.
No one ever went after Prof. Mearsheimer after all these years, nor said his book "The Jewish Lobby" was for 'extremist' thinkers. They are however going after Ta-Nehisi Coates for reaching the same conclusion in his new book, "The Message" that Israel in an Apartheid state.
