Hasaranga to Shai Hope, out Caught by Nissanka!! Daren Sammy is not a happy coach. He has his hands up in the dressing room. Nissanka did have his fingers under the ball but during the follow through it seemed like he touched the ball to the ground. But the third umpire is happy and Hope is walking back. This was another top delivery. Tossed up on middle and leg,

Shai Hope c Nissanka b Hasaranga 18(25) [4s-2]
that touched ground
Fucking robbery !!!!

The men know we have an issue with spin. Expect many overs of it.

Asalanka to Rutherford, out Bowled!! And cleaned him up. That was an arm ball. The ball slided on and Rutherford missed the line of the delivery. The ball never turned and went straight on to hit the sticks. Fifth one down.

Rutherford b Asalanka 6(5) [4s-1]

Asalanka to Motie, 2 runs, sliced over short third man! The man ran back, dived and failed to grab it. That was a tough chance. At best, half a chance is what I can deem it. That was outside off, turned away and Motie looked to go big to slice it

Looks so Chrissy, sad to say. King was going along nicely in the power play before the rash shot. We need to ensure that we bat out the overs.

Do not lose hope folks, no puns intended, we having batting down to #11, at least that’s one thing selectors did correctly.

SIX from Powell, first boundary in how many overs! We need a score we can at least bowl at.

Kamindu Mendis to Powell, SIX, and slapped over deep mid for a sixer. That was short, angled in, Powell trekked back and hammered it over deep mid for a sixer. Was smashed hard by the right-hander. Much needed blow

Well, we have to win this match one way or the other, 130+ may have some teeth if we bowl well.

So basically, we should just bat 5 then declare or just list 5 batters then bowl if/when they are all out? King (like many others this innings) got out to rash or inept shots. King is responsible for his stay at the wicket, so too Lewis, Hope, Chase, Rutherford, and Powell
