Duplessis is his Captain for SLK and Joburg Super kings and he entrusts him with the ball every single time!

I’m not saying to drop him . Give him the same treatment you give Hetty . Let him watch other play. Maybe he will pick up what’s missing from his game
Also our players are not mentally strong . That’s our biggest problem.

Yeah Man drop your top 20 fast bowler. Look Bro I am Aljo's biggest critic but he has been a good performer in the limited formats but the Test he has been very frustrating.

that could well be a cultural thing. SA is a pace heavy cricketing culture, just like the west indies. not many world class spinners. du plessis is playing to what he thinks are his strengths

with all the hate on Joseph he sure wasn't the worst fast bowler in the third and final T20 by the numbers.

Here are the statistics for the top 5 fast bowlers based on the T20I ranking:

Anrich Nortje:

42 matches
53 Wickets, Ave 18.16 , BBI 4/7, Eco 7.01 S/R 16.3.

Hazelwood
52 Matches
67 Wickets, Ave 22.10, BBI 4/12, Eco 7.40, S/R 17.7.

Tim Southee
126 Matches
164 Wickets, Ave 22.34, Econ 8.00 , S/R 16.7.

Aljo:
32 Matches
50 Wickets, Ave 20.78, Econ 8.65, S/R 14.4 5/40 only one with a 5fer!

The only stat that they are better than him is his ECO rate but he is clearly better in all the other stats. The man is a strike bowler! Based on his pace so far in his career by the time Aljo gets 50 Matches he wo would have around 75-80 wickets.

Same goes for SLK that is who he calls on even on the spin friendly tracks in Guyana and Trinidad. The fact is ALJO is a wicket-taker.

I don't know how anyone in their right mind could compare Mr. Personal reasons to Aljo. Aljo is clearly committed to WI cricket where he plays all formats which I cannot say the same for Mr. Personal reasons.
