when west indians put cricket above politics, we'll start to see an improvement in our cricket. i don't believe that maturity has reached most of the islands, Barbados being the leader in this sort of immaturity

dwayne bravo was and infinitely better allrounder than sammy. am asking you a serious question, do you think sammy was good enough to be a long term pick as a test player had he not been given the captaincy

My post stated the decline of WI cricket went into free fall. Never said anything about a saviour or even hinted at it.

Dwayne Bravo was there when WI cricket was in decline. He was part of it. So how could be a saviour?

He cannot honestly answer the question so he try to redirect and make it about something completely made up.

Bravo was not dropped for Sammy. Bravo n a number for other cricketers saw better money else where ...

They didn't want to play for WI... at one point Bravo was captain of the said while Sammy was there .

these were Dwayne bravo's words in 2014. As recently as 2014 bravo was interested in playing test cricket for the west indies. He said in 2015 that he wasn't interested because Jason Holder, who also was not a team regular was appointed captain and would again be playing as a captain-player and by the end of 2015, ramdin, gayle and jerome taylor would be replaced by talentless boyscouts. by 2016, his brother would begin an exile that lasted two years.

Not True!!! Holding stated that after the white ball series he saw Bravo at plane side and asked “where are you going?” Bravo said “They say they don’t need me for the tests” remember that team was also without SARS and Gayle; Shiv only there because his President fought.
It was after that Bravo, Gayle and Pollard refused NOC. Not before. They were dropped from tests including post WC injury recovered BRAVO.

doh forget jerome taylor. in fact for the india odi series following that test series, i distinctly remember seeing gayle, bravo and pollard in the party stand at Sabina, there because they had been exiled
