Gudakesh Motie, Player of the Match: The conditions were different in SL. It was spinning more there. I wasn't getting much turn. I was trying to keep the balls in straight lines. Runs weren't coming from both the ends and it helped me. We had a training day yesterday and we were trying to figure out the pace.

Liam Livingstone: We need to get the rhythm of the 50 overs cricket. We know someone from top 6 has to get a top score. 50 overs is a long time. We were trying to put the Windies team under pressure but couldn't. I don't think we adapted well. We lost wickets at key stages. Every one saw what Turner is all about. Not a lot of people have seen him. Unfortunately, couldn't get a wicket..

Shai Hope: The pacers set the tone. The opening bowlers picking up wickets set the tone. We just need to be more consistent. Consistency and discipline were major factors today. Lewis has been around for a long time. He is very hungry. He has come in fresh here. Glad he is batting well.
