Who setting the WI batting order?

I see Rutherford is padded and set to come next.. why is he batting ahead of Hetmyer?

Also, why is Hope batting at 4... when will the experiment be over? The dude is averaging close to 60 as and opener!

Who gets dropped when Pooran return and where will he bat?

I don't think these chaps that call themselves coaches are utilizing their resources properly.

Hope wants to bat at 4, Rutherford is in great form that is why he is batting ahead of hetty.

Hetty needs to score runs, he had spent the last couple of years being a finisher. I would like to see him batting in the top 4 again.

I am more worried about the bowlers, I don't know how you can pick a white ball team and only have 5 bowlers. you need at least 6 persons who can bowl.

Rutherford and Carty are bowlers too.

They both can bowl. Neither bowls enough in white ball cricket to be a reliable 6 bowling option.

That is the kind of thinking that gow we a cut ass today.

Any other team would have mixed up the bowling and bow these two.

In white ball games, sometimes it's about not getting batsmen used to a bowler to build momentum.

did Hope build momentum today batting?

Carty has 4 FC wickets, and 1 List A wicket. That is not a reliable 6th bowling option

Rutherford bowls a bit more but hasn't done alot of white ball bowling lately.

Their bowling stats do not say reliable white ball bowler. Hope didn't bowl Rutherford more than 2 overs because he did not have confidence in his bowling. Check their bowling stats

Rutherford

Carty

West Indies have batters who don't bowl or are part timers. A better choice would have been to drop one of the batters and play an allrounder such as Sheppard. That would have given a 6th bowler. Sheppard's ODI bowling stats aren't great either but he bowls regularly and can pick up wickets.

Sheppard

Hetty is not a finisher. Can't have a specialist batter batting at 6 who can't bowl especially when the other batters don't bowl.

The VC needs a rest... Hope gotta open the batting.

This would be my lineup for the final match

1. Lewis
2. Hope
3. Carty
4. Hety
5. Rutherford
6. Chase
7. Shepy
8. Forde
9. Motie
10. Alzarri
11. Shamar

Not gonna happen though, they gonna stick with the failing VC.
