101/6 after 26. 15 overs left. Very crucial that this pair try to bat as far to the end as possible.

Outside of Greaves and to a lesser extent Louis and Chesney none of the Leewards' batsmen have made use of their opportunity to cement their positions in the batting order when the international players like Keacy, Jewel and Walsh Jr return later this week.

Cornwall is a big time liability in the field... balls passing right next to to d man and he can't even stop it.

Why they still playing this dude?

Congrats Guyana won an important toss and made it count. Our batting outside of our openers are was not tested this season and failed when they finally got tested.

Leewards remain in 2nd place and with Jamaica, Windwards and CCC still to play. A top 4 finish is what we need so we good. Leewards next game is Friday in the REVO Derby and I expect the international players to be back by then as Walsh Jr, Jewel and Carty are not in the T20I squad. A lot of people have shallow memories that Walsh Jr had 20 plus wickets last season in the Super50 so at this level he gets wickets. He also adds depth too our batting. I don't think Captains support him enough on the international level.

This could be the team vs Windwards:
Greaves
Louis
Carty
Hughes
Jewel
Jahmar
Cornwall
Walsh
Louis
Doram
Oshane

That washed out match against CCC will hurt GHE chances..

De bowling is still a big worry for them. Tage and his poking at the top too. Ramnauth is a similar type of opener so he won't make a difference.

The bonus point system keeps GHE in play for the semis. It is not just winning it is about scoring the bonus points.

it's the best thing theyve done for the 4 day and now this

some on the mb have been calling for this sort of thing for years
