I had a bad feeling this morning when I drove around some areas in the City and saw sparse crowds at
some staunch Democratic wards including my own. And for the first time in my 42 years at the Neighborhood
I saw a huge Trump sign in the neighborhood.
Turn out in the City was well below usual standards of 90 plus per cent. And too many Black people and Hispanics
voted for Trump.
Lots to talk about in coming days. But I will survive.
This was a massacre.

Only thing I'll say is that the democrats shoved Kamala Harris down our throats and got the beatdown they richly deserved. She didn't get any traction during the primaries 4+ years ago and yet somehow they thought America was going to magically vote for her. I don't post a lot, but I called it then(patting myself on the back). The corpse of Biden would've been a better candidate regardless of what the polls said, but they should've made the people decide among the best candidates instead of penciling her in.

I do find it quite interesting that the stock markets knew this all along. I'm a long term investor, but for some stupid reason I expected turmoil around election uncertainty and the markets were like "nah son".

I think you are forgetting how badly Biden did in the debate and how his numbers tanked. So yes Kamala was shoved down our throats but if it were Shapiro instead they would have still lost PA.

It is and will always be the economy. And that was why the fat lady sung. Think about how the American people could vote for Jan 6th guy. A donkey should have beaten Trump.
