There is a time and place and she again misstepped..

You wanted her to lead a March to the Capital?
Please...
It was a solid speech

If DJT had used "fight" the amount of times she did he would have been roasted.

A 10 minute powderful speech, wouldn't you say?

Kamala Harris, the incumbent vice president of the United States, announced her 2024 campaign for president on July 21, 2024.....you needed to add 30 days to bolster your argument?

And there my people is what one of your loyal LBGY Liberal supporters just said.

No wonder why we cannot have any meaningful conversations because they just don't understand what leadership is all about. I was going to say this is poor by ray, but it is really "piss poor' and epitomizes the selfishness of the Democratic Party.

Love her passive aggressive speech. Lots of blame game and lack of accountability. A shame tho. The Simpsons seh a "woman president will follow Trump." Maybe she'll win if she runs again.lol

I luv that woman

A young face could be beneficial.

She is one of the up-and coming in the Party. This is the time when the leadership needs to pick about 5 potentials and groom them for President and VP.

Use the lessons learnt from this election and start building from now. Obviously in 2028 the Republicans will have a new candidates (could be 2 younger guys like Vance and De Santis) as well.

I like the energy by my brother sudden big grin

Seems she was high on something. I don’t blame her. She needs courage to face supporters. Still sending signals to fanny Letitia and Bragg to continue

After two of the most qualified women ran for the office and lost, are you guys still thinking a woman can become president anytime soon? What did they say was the definition of insanity again?

Lol - they will need to get public relations personnel to soften that image.

If they identify Crockett it will be an either/or not the two of them on the same ticket. Now having said that, AOC/Crockett vs Vance/De Santis will be interesting

I could see though AOC being a VP choice if Kamala goes up again on the Presidential ticket. However, I am not sure what was Kamala's thought process for picking Waltz this year - he didn't add anything to the campaign.

You got a good point bro. What if Trump screws up royally and people are just looking for anything new and different? Would AOC stand a chance, being Latina and trying to galvanize a base of young voters, especially the burgeoning and mercurial Latino base? If she had a good enough message, aligns herself with a solid running partner (white male for leverage) and some momentum, anything's possible. The fickle white female base is always going to be a problem.

Prako 2024-11-07 15:56:14

In reply to Runs

most qualified women

Don't know if that is the best superlative description.

They were void of ideas on the Economy which was the most important issue. Additionally in Kamal's concession speech she talked about "building community" how can you build a community if your main emphasis was killing innocent children? How can you build a community if you spend tax payers money to support Trans gender procedures, how can you build a community if you are anti-life?

Kamal didn't tell the people what she did for 4 years - that is what we wanted to hear. If you can't tell me what improvements you did in 4 years, why should I believe you are going to change in the next 4? As the incumbent party you need to say what you did and that is what she was incapable of doing.

The US economy is roaring, go do some research. DT inherited such from Obama also, watch him tout the US economy and stock market as his doing when he takes office. Those not doing so well need to get off their butts, retrain, retool, just ask JD what they did after the jobs closed in his neck of the woods.

PS another bs pushed is she achieved nothing in 4 years, she was not the president, what did Pence and Quayle achieved? The veep’s position is mostly ceremonial, attending heads of state funerals and such in case you did not know.

Not disputing the economy (I am on board with your statement) - but why didn't the Democrats use that to their advantage in their manifesto?

Challenge is housing - and they sidestepped what they would do on that.

Bro - there are some basics that affect the man in the street and if you don't let the common man know what you are doing, you aren't going to get anywhere.

We will never see another black President in our lifetime. That’s one of the reason Kamala lost. Not even Dem primary voters really want dat. Notice how Kamala and Patrick Deval fared in Dem Primaries. Leadership and delegates had no choice but to support Kamala in this case but…

I said the above earlier today and Bernie Sanders just came out with this:

Prako 2024-11-07 18:03:51

Bernie Sanders

Democrats lost the 2024 election because they "abandoned working class people".

The dispute follows a Sanders' statement that blasted the party and its leaders: "While the Democratic leadership defends the status quo, the American people are angry and want change. And they're right."

"It should come as no great surprise that a Democratic Party which has abandoned working class people would find that the working class has abandoned them," he said.
