What Carty is showing is CWI developmental ineptitude. A rare talent from St. Marten should’ve been harnessed by immediately being placed in an environment of high quality cricket.An academy, a strong club system etc. What is exhibited now should’ve been from about 2019. Who thinks Al Glover’s cricket academy didn’t play huge roles in Andy’s and Vic’s development?
