Poor again for a man in academics. When you are a VP part of your job is to always be prepared for the President to die or become incapacitated and be ready to take over.

When you are a bachelor’s student, if you have aspirations for graduate studies, do you not always prepare yourself for your next step?

This is a VP we are talking about not some low level employee. We have to hold her to higher standards. You are promoting a culture of mediocrity by your response.
