One captain, uno leader on the field period. The captain only facilitates you he doesn't have to implement your ideas or options.

Does that include the captain changing the lineup at the toss? Thats on the field too.

Here is the big picture I hope the west indies and "my cricket field Sammy" have the good sense to have him bowling at Hope in the nets it would be a win win for all concerned.

Quite the opposite. Hope is not that good against pace and the Antiguan needs anger issues to bowl fast it will help them both to maintain the levels required to be successful its a win win
