Punishment...Warner and Steve Smith were banned from captaining ANY team for two years.
But that is Australia, A real Country.

Gilchrist never played Test cricket again for his infractions one of which was being
disrespectful to his Captain, a fellow Jamaican.
A Benjamin from Antigua was sent home from Tour of England too..if I remember correctly
and the captain was also a fellow Antiguan.I stand corrected.

You like aothers all admit Joseph was wrong.
My contention is the process of punishment and the duration of the Punishment.
Some feel that because he stepped up and bowled faster that that should count for his c ause.
No way...he has not been stepping up for 8 years except on few occasions and that is
irrelevant anyway.
This was not a curry goat environment..this was representing and showcasing to the
entire cricket fraternity while representing decent well behave people like me(:lol

Anyhow my friend, keep on keeping on.. Nobody represents me ,as I am I
and I don't condone what you will or whom you serve.

Look at the USA...they just elected a Criminal as President,the world's most powerful man
of the most powerful nation on the planet, so you know that this generation will accept and
praise the worst in us.
I have to live with these standards but don't embrace it...on the cricket field or in the field of life.

What happens if your employer was having an emotional meltdown would you not consider mitigating circumstances?
I do hope he gets some counseling because that anger displayed and walking off the field is not something you often see at this level. CWI has a duty to their employees
