Trump has some of the smartest people + best entrepreneurs around him for the last one hundred years and one of the best innovator+entrepreneur in history - the PayPal mafia and Elon Musk.

The Caveat - will Trump let them do their work? If not it will be all down hill, if he lets them do their work it will be the greatest four years in history for AMERICANS

Yes, it will the best four years in US history for the newly established Oligarchy in the America. They would get what they from the transactions they make with Trump and the greatest grifter that ever existed will get his piece of the action.

Soon Trump, the American Emperor, will become one of richest men in the world. His hangers-on will get their share, all those poorer Deplorables who voted for him will be living out their pitiful lives hating immigrants more than ever for the situation they still find themselves in.

What matters is allow innovation to happen fast and that will improve life..reduce inflation through an increased productivity.

Look it is really bad when it takes more time to get the permit to launch a rocket than the time it takes to build the rocket. Those were the kinds of thighs people had to deal with under Biden.

As an example, the entire PayPal mafia and friends made their money as a result of innovation....let's allow the innovation to occur quicker without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Beautiful and really interesting questions. I have always felt that the green movement was more a bureautic and political tool for whatever reasons and will not solve climate related or human survival issues.

Eating, driving, consuming, oiling less will not solve climate issues or survival issues on this planet - innovation will. Doing less to sustain humans has never solved issues but innovation has.

Innovation will solve and continue human existence whether it is here or on other planets. Trust it, trust yourself.

The bigger question is – who will they be working for, the American people, or themselves. Musk have several multibillion $ contracts with the Government, how will he expand his stake under his new position?

We all know Trumps history of grifting, and his son-in-law got two billion cash from the Saudis’ – he has taken one hundred million of it in the four years since for his management fees so far, and the Saudis have gotten no returns (ROI) … that money was all for shielding the Saudi Prince (MBS) for the killing of Jamal Khashoggi, the Washington Post Reporter.

And don’t forget the numerous merchandise licenses Trump’s daughter got from the Chinese……and he has total immunity now …some interesting times ahead

Think on these things.
When Obama was forced to remove the start-up subsidies to Solyndra China took over the solar power industry and it has caused significant reduction In Carbon emissions.
Musk's biggest auto plant is in China and China is the biggest electric car manufacturer significantly reducing carbon emissions as wealth of individual citizen's grow.

What major innovations do you anticipate will benefit humanity while keeping the majority of high school graduates' jobs (if they exist) in The United States?
