is no kind ah cricket at all, and can't get us anywhere. West Indies would never win against and good opposition who is serious about winning with this blatantly flawed approach to their batting. This "luck and chance" cricket could only have worked in the first two T20 World Cups when every team was playing hit or miss; who hit the most six win. Since then the game has moved on, but West indies have remained in the same old gear, same approach, only capable of a, by chance, overwhelming performance. I have heard the coach as a commentator some years ago describing the approach that they use in the dressing room. It was based on attempts to hit a certain number maximums in every certain number of balls. The game has long gone beyond that. Today, international teams bat upfront with batsmen, and place their sluggers down the order to hit as much maximums as they could to boost the solid foundation laid by batsmen. The West Indies packed up their batting order with all the sluggers that Franchise cricket all around the world pick up for vooping contracts. They have clearly minimized the roles of batsmen like Hope, Chase and Rutherford who are often shuffled out to make way for the voopers. The team is performing as chance allows. Expect a blistering performance in at least one of the next few games that would make England look like seconders raters. Just don't forget that it is just the laws of luck and chance, and the series is already lost.

Chase has played 2 matches in this series

He bat at 4 in both matches.

You advocate he bat higher in the order?

Hope has played 1 match in this series

He opened the batting.

Should he have faced first ball then?

Rutherford played 2 matches and bat at 6 in both matches.

Where would you advocate Rutherford come in to bat? 3? 4? 5?

Open maybe?

It is amazing how fans like you (appear to) don't have a clue.

When people provide well articulated analysis,
you come with stupid questions, which miss the whole point.

Poor batting technique will inevitably lead to inconsistency.
Failing to evolve with the times leads to falling behind
Ask the Swiss about their watch making, or Sony about their TV making.

All the man is saying is that Windies (Scammy) using the 2014 - 2016 T20 model.
I watch an interview with Scammy where he mentioned hitting sixes in a number of balls left.

Anyone with a modicum of cricketing knowledge and brains would get the Besar's points.

What you have missed is that other teams top 5 can both voop, bat and go deep into the 120 ball innings. Most of them have both better S/R and avg than ours. Your analysis can be broken down thus. “Having faced too many dots and getting out, the incoming batter is under pressure to voop to up the S/R a chancy or ruinous task”

Shot selection and planning their innings more important.
Today Samson faced56 balls scored 109, 78 of those cane in boundaries from just 15 balls.

Varma scored 120 from 47 balls 96 of those came in boundaries from just 19 balls
