a good break for him given the amount of cricket he has played this year and the LO series immediately following the test series?

Imlach very lucky to be getting these hand outs.

Thought Kevin Sinclair needed an attitude adjustment. What has he really done in the last 6+ months to get a pick.

Happy for them fellas but I don’t see how they make the squad.

If I not mistaken, Sinclair’s last appearance for WI was in a test match against England where Wood broke his arm?

It would be very unfortunate if he lost his place due to no fault of his own.

Is not like he name Solozano. And he at least got to bat.

I forgot about that lickdown Woods inflict on Sinclair. Having said that, he wasn’t really lighting the world on fire with his batting. What has he done since that game?

Solanzo’s injury was unfortunate, like many before and after him, lucky to have made the team in the first place. However, horrible way to lose ur place.

Like u said, this is a snore n bore squad wrt the batting unit. Really hope the curators come up with spicy wickets. 5 quicks should keep Bang on their toes and give us something to look fwd to.

The tourists batting has been seriously weakened, the West Indies will look to exploit that.

Roach will retire and become part of team management ..... helping young bowlers......just like Jimmy Anderson....

https://www.wisden.com/cricket-news/roach-could-get-dual-playercoach-role-in-historic-multi-year-cricket-west-indies-contracts

CWI clarified that Roach is currently in discussions with the board regarding a dual playing and coaching/mentorship role as he begins to plan the next stages of his career. He has enjoyed a 15-year long career at Test level so far, and is the West Indies' fifth-highest wicket-taker in the longest format.

Athanaze is lucky as I would play Imlach in his position.
But this is his last toss to get it right.

Imlach is a very classy batsman and can make this team as a batsman.
Kevin Wickham is a very unlucky man as well.
Time for Braffit and Desilva to make way for these two.
