Yet, after the election Biden goes ahead in awarding Taiwan and Arizona. ....On 15 November 2024, the US government awarded USD 6.6 billion in financial grants to TSMC Arizona, a subsidiary of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSMC). The funding supports three new leading-edge semiconductor fabrication facilities in Phoenix, Arizona, where TSMC Arizona will produce advanced semiconductors.

Beiden should have change course and demand those facilities be constructed in a Blue state. And why did he not announce this grant before the election to alert Arizonians how many jobs are coming down the pike.

Now, Trump will claim those jobs under his administration. Ungrateful Arizona does not deserve those jobs.

On what you say - i agree with you....that is a weakness of Democrats, a little too altruistic - but that's who we are, we don't do things for the Gloating

Biden, good guy according to many, is to me always has and continue to be an Empty suit with
an empty head. His career has been more helpful to the cause of Republicans with whom he
has worked all his career, but benefits always accrue to them when he co sponsored or work
through his bipartisan channels which he likes.

If you check which States got the most benefits in his grand Infrastructure enterprise, you would
probably see that Red States have got more than Blue States by way of projects.
I pointed to Kentucky previously. Pennsylvania remains starved and without a major projects
including the numerous bridges that need to be replaced and improved.

South Eastern Pennsylvania which includes Philadelphia was not served.
Why would anyone then be surprised that nearly a 1/4 million voters did not show up
in the strong old of Philadelphia where the GOP has made significant gains.
Bottom line is that I blame Biden mainly on many counts for the disaster that befell
Harris and other down ballot losers including Senator Casey who looks like losing
by a margin that reflects Philadelphia's downside.
I don't think disaffected voters in the City will be reclaimed easily.

Now with less than 2 months to go in his Presidency he is allowing Ukraine to finally use of
more potent and long range weaponry to hit deep into Russia.
This could trigger a major escalation and powerful response from Russia. And a 3rd World War
if not use of nuclear weapons could be on the cards.

Empty suit should leave Trump to deal with this. The way he conducted support for Ukraine
has meant too much resources at the cost to suffering Americans.
This guy is a Dud.

Again, you continue to talk about mediocrity - doesn't Biden have 2 months on the Federal Payroll to go? On what Principle do you believe he should stop working during this time?

Your analysis is correct but hear this. Republicans have allowed the radicals to keep tugging farther and farther right. To appease the right of center country Dems keep drifting from left to Not center but right of it(not just Biden) The result- right-wing voters Pooh on them for being weak (succumbing) and their base turns away because they are seen as abandoning core principles. Biden did announce the Arizona plant but Hispanic men didn’t vote for Kamala and just barely pulled one of their own Congressman Gallego over the line vs an intensely unpopular white woman. In fact that white woman only lost because white women abandoned her…says a lot.

In a historic announcement, in May 2020, TSMC shared its plans to invest $12B in Phoenix, Arizona – building an advanced semiconductor manufacturing fabrication. In December 2022, the company announced its commitment to build a second fab in Phoenix, increasing its total investment to $40B. Then in April 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce and TSMC Arizona announced up to US$6.6 billion in direct funding under the CHIPS and Science Act, fulfilling a goal to bring the most advanced chip manufacturing in the world to the United States. TSMC also announced plans to build a third fab at TSMC Arizona. This third fab brings TSMC’s total U.S. investment to more than $65 billion, making this the largest foreign direct investment (FDI) in Arizona history, and the largest FDI in a greenfield project in U.S. history. Now with a third fab, TSMC Arizona will create approximately 6,000 jobs – and more than 20,000 accumulated unique construction jobs, as well as tens of thousands of indirect supplier jobs.

So...the lame duck, cognitive deficient President Biden is being made a scapegoat for authorizing Ukraine to fire deep into Russia. . .and fire they immediately did ....Trump is calling for the useless war to end...the Biden cabal authorized intensification.
