The Guyana Harpy Eagles have had great success in previous years.

All participating teams had their key players involved in the West indies duties. The selectors would have had this in mind while choosing suitable squads to represent their country.

Some of the batsmen were pressured by the head of selectors. A few key players were targeted as well and the result was an EARLY exit from the regional super 50 tournament. This is the first time in a very long time Guyana have not made it to the playoffs.

How successful can a team be with an "absent" coach. New era - coach by remote control.

What do you mean by "absent" coach? Wasn't the coach there with the team?

Wasn't this the same coach they won the recent regional 4 day tournament with?

They had two rained out match... 100% sure they would have won the one against CCC after posting close to 280.

The main problem that they had in this tournament is the bowling...

- Nial Smith getting a free ride for years now.. he's unfit and they continue to pick him
- Keemo is a deadweight these days
- Ali Mohammed is a waste of time at this level.
- Kevin was bowling medium pace until his attitude had the final say

Added to all this, the captaincy was not the best... the skipper made some questionable decisions throughout the tournament.

It's unfair for you to blame the coach alone for this... wasn't Sarwan and the other selectors who selected the squad? They working with remote too?

If all that you say above is accurate, how can you be “100% sure” about this?

Nedd and Permaul alone would have been enough..

Anyways let me change it for you.. I'm 99% sure that they would have won. CCC had a 1% chance of winning.

Big Bim was de only team that pity them and gave dem a lil victory... just looking out for little Bim.

Not true.

Guyana, Jamaica and Windies Academy had two matches washed out.

Bim, little Bim, WWI and T&T had had one each.

LI zero.

Shocking?
Too many players did not show up. ORS is a good example

As i alluded to at beginning on tournament. Gy batting was weak; and only Tage, Nandu and Imlack were the only recognized batsmen… They rest were valueless variables… brought nada.
