It will, unless there is a desire to change. I suggest there should be very clear international breaks throughout the year for teams to play either test or odi cricket.
The very same as they do in soccer.
The franchise games tournaments should only be played in certain windows and players can decide who they play with however none should be played while the international window is on.

in other words, only Pooran is worth paying for? Sherfane is in a rich vein of form and yet is only worth a small fraction of Pant and will probably just sit on the bench again for the entire season. Hope was hot last year and no one wants him this year. I agree with the posts that there should be simultaneous IPL and wanna be IPLs so that players can get some rest and play red ball cricket. After all, all the European soccer leagues are played simultaneously. Why cant that happen in cricket as well??? Makes you realise that these leagues are really meant to be for select audiences.
