When Bangladesh play West Indies in the third ODI in St Kitts on December 12, it will be Phil Simmons' 400th international in a 20-year coaching career. He looks back at the various teams he has coached and what he's learned during his time with them

11 Years as a WI player, 20 years as a coach mainly coaching teams in the lower tier (WI, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh, Ireland, Afghanistan), to be 50 matches short of the all time International coaching tally is a good 30 year career.

Has a world cup to his name with his nephew in that title winning team to defend the title.

Stand tall Phil - held your own in the Test series and took the 20/20 series which they claim is WI strongest format
