Expanding the number of players in each format and giving more regional players the opportunity to represent the WI. It wouldn't always come off, but I can see the advantages in what they're doing.

Also, rewarding regional performances with WI selection, no matter the format, seems to be working. Furthermore, the introduction of bonus point system in our regional cricket seems to have had a positive impact on players.
