I blame Chase, Motie and Hosien. They forgot their role or was given wrong instructions. Their job was to rotate strike, get Powell to face as many balls as possible.

the wi should have chased down 147 poor execution by the wi batsman and i don't know the reasoning why shepherd came after hossein and motie in that situation .and why are flectcher and charles back in this side?

what batsmen? king and pooran got out to stupid shots in the powerplay, then you have charles, fletcher, and chase as your middle order, 2 spin bowlers as your number 7 and 8, so all the pressure is on powell and shepherd coming in at 9.

One of our problems in T20 in particular is our openers: Its either 6 or dot. This match- first two overs- 2 runs, no attempt to get 6 singles when boundary balls are not there.

King has to be more responsible- he is either off to a flying start or he get out after 2 to 3 overs for not much.

Fletcher and Charles cannot be in the team at the same time.

And the total team bowling and fielding was poor too

Runs truck Shepherd only allowed 3 overs had he bowled 4 he would have gone for a bit over 44 for one wicket,I credit that wicket to Powell.He must not bowl in at least T/20s.Watch out for 2025 it could be a "New dawn".

Obviously, Pooran lived up to his name and ran down the pitch because he thought, “it was only Bangladesh!”

Very good point - ever since they make a big interview about Pooran plating 100 Internationals, he seems to have been saddled with the burden of making 100 more
