Well, at a minimum, CWI employees should buy in to the idea of the continued existence of West Indies cricket. This one should be filed under the category of advertising and opening for a head coach with a Level III coaching certificate and turning around and hiring a coach who had none.

tino called for wi to disband as welll....in fact in his book mind the windows, he said he'd love to see the islands go it alone. he said he'd love to see BARBADOS go it alone to make its way up the icc rankings(proof its an island of delusional people when it comes to cricket). Perhaps Dehring had a miraculous change of heart about disbanding CWI because I don't think he the the CWI CEO job for the money.
