Infrastructure
Guyana is building a natural gas pipeline to bring byproducts of oil production to an energy plant.

Training

Guyana's oil wealth has come from the discovery of offshore oil, which has transformed the country's economy.

The country's oil reserves are estimated at 11 billion oil-equivalent barrels, which is 75% of Brazil's oil reserves.

Guyana's main export destinations for crude petroleum are Panama, the Netherlands, the United States, Italy, and Germany.

Good summary, hopefully most of the goals are fulfilled, I heard from someone in Guyana that at the moment the Government has no system how to distribute the $100,000.

Need to also develop other industries...don't just depend on oil, use the oil money to grow other sectors for the future

Are local Guyanese actually benefitting?

Guyana has approximately 218 Hinterland communities with a total population of 98,500 people which are off-grid (i.e., outside of the 12 public grids). Most of those villages are in remote areas, difficult to reach by road, and in many cases only accessible by boat
.

Translation: over 10% of Guyanese have no electricity (other than their own generator)

Let's talk about water: Ai generated result

Some communities in Guyana that have experienced water shortages include:
Imbetero, Smith Creek, and Morawhanna
These villages in region one have been affected by dry seasons and a lack of potable water.
Upper Pomeroon
Some families in this community have limited containers to store rainwater, forcing them to use river water for daily tasks.
Moblissa and Bamia
Residents of these communities primarily access water from the Moblissa Creek or by harvesting rainwater.
Soesdyke
Some households on Grant Sand road do not have access to potable water.

Hopefully, those issues will be addressed with time, but the President is securing favor among his people through good works, unlike Nigeria!
