40 Sinting Kohli
In reply to FanAttick
Virat is wrong.
He’s acting like a crappy Ozzie.
In reply to Raskil
In di man yard with 90,000 fans - real stupid
In reply to Chrissy
I am at the MCG and this is nothing new for Virat Kohli. Great batsman, but a horrible attitude on and off the field throughout his career, and it was always excused.
In reply to Chrissy
I said it in another thread, Virat most likely will average under 50 at the end of his career.
It’s in his head.
Virat was totally wrong. He resorted to barbarism when they were losing the plot completely to the debutant.
Sad but it is now common Indian ignorance.
In reply to Karma
should suffer a big portion of match fees as a fine
Virat is declining playing way beyond his right shoulder.
In reply to CricSham
Excellent batsman.
I Told You So…many many years ago

Kohli fined 20% of his match-fee, handed 1 demerit point for Konstas incident
fined
In reply to FanAttick
Fined
India's Virat Kohli has been fined 20% of his match fee after barging into Australia opener Sam Konstas on day one of the fourth Test in Melbourne.
Kohli clashed shoulders with Konstas at the end of the 10th over, with the former India captain appearing to change direction to make contact as the 19-year-old walked down the pitch to speak to batting partner Usman Khawaja.
The pair exchanged words before the umpires and Khawaja calmed the situation down.

Agree
Add Babar to the 40 sinting
He is ah savage or wha?
In reply to shivnotout & Chrissy
20% is unsatisfactory. He charged the kid. He deliberately attacked the kid. Where was the batsman supposed to walk? On the pitch? Kohli should really get a suspension for such a deliberate, hostile body contact. I know some people who would use his head as a ball for that.
In reply to Fantom
Of course it isnt level
On 10 December Alzarri was fined 25% of his fee for “using an audible obscenity”
Kohli 20% for “inappropriate physical contact”
If you kill ah man you might only get ah 5%
In reply to Halliwell
Seems so, no. West Indians have the wrong passport.
In reply to Halliwell
Well said
In reply to Halliwell
How did Alzarri escape punishment from ICC for walking off the field in a rage without permission leaving his team with 10 players? Reds Perrera said he cant recall anytime in test history where that happened. Alzarri received no punishment from ICC .Why?
CWI took feeble action.
Barbarism? Attacked?
Jeezas. All the hand wringing on display here reeks of hypocrisy
And the most ironic part is the Aussies crying “foul”. The most unsportsmanlike nation on the planet in any sport.
Aggro……which is what this was……has been part of the game from time.
Just because you don’t like a player doesn’t mean they’re evil incarnate. And I’m not a Kohli fan by any means.
What he did wasn’t gentlemanly……but “small ting” in the overall scheme of things
I notice Alyssa Healey had quite a mouthful to say about the incident. Hope she hasn't forgotten that she eats a food in the WPL. Those people have ways at getting back to you ....

So when sledging isn’t enough we can now get physical? That’s what modern cricket has come to?
In reply to Halliwell
Ask Croft
Or Brian Close
Hell…..ask England players when Dennis Lillee used the aluminum bat
You really think this is the first time players have been physical on the field?
In reply to imusic
No.
But it has always been distasteful.
This latest incarnation should never be justified nor condoned.
I remember when Polly used to look in a man direction people used to cry bully calling for lifetime bans
Koli is a punk- was always a pretender punk- embarrassing playground nerd more than badman
In reply to Halliwell
Somebody made the point that this incarnation of the Indian team is largely down to Kohli’s force of personality and yes……aggression.
A lot of the Indian cricket team’s success is down to Virat Kohli
In reply to imusic
I’ll file that in the same place I put “Daren Ganga invented T20 strategy”
Just kidding
Happy New Year my friend.
In reply to Halliwell
All the best to you and yours bro
In reply to imusic
Di commies enjoying demselves
In reply to Halliwell
My friend, please don’t waste your breath. Poor sportsmanship can never be condoned under any circumstances. But while we don’t condone it, we certainly can understand that in the heat of battle, a bowler or batsman can react poorly. Again, not condoning it, but we understand that sometimes the emotion takes over in the heat of battle.
But when a player is at slip, the over comes to an to an end and Kohli is walking over during the change of over and deliberately changed direction and charged the batsman unprovoked, and for no reason at all. It’s not in the heat of battle. Play has stopped. And if they can’t see the difference between the two, then nothing we say is gonna make them see it. so please don’t waste your breath, my brother.
I done.
