I posted a question at him and he ran.

He is 3 ft 11 in. vertical and 3 ft 11 in. horizontal.

I am 6 ft 8in ....250 lbs and he is telling me to grow up.

Ah, looking for he short rass....but he's hiding on the fence...

the host seems to have made up that number, he was uncomfortable with the caller asking where the number came from.

I don't think he made up the number. He is saying that 50% (the midpoint) is the average, so those below 50% are below average. But I think the guy in the video is confusing average with median.
