We have the talent but too much top heavy management who only cares about the ICC check and not about WI cricket. Simple as that.
We can be a much better performing team if the selectors are not afraid to experiment.
Same old test team and then other team for ODI'S and another team for T20's like we have SOOOOO much talent. Such stupidity has filed for a long time and the CWI management despite changing their "skin" from WICBC to CWI has not changed in their philosophy. All other nations have changed except us.
All of them have a core of about 7 players that traverse all 3 formats but only d MIGHTY WI have 3 separate teams.
Hence our standings in all 3 formats.
If there was a relegation system WI would have been relegated awhile now such is our incompetence.
Lots of guys on this board is smarter than the overpaid management of CWI.
2025. Let us revalue our resources and thoughts and make our team more competitive.
I have some ideas but CWI will have to reach out to me for me to divulge.
