28 in a 40mph zone

Last Monday night roughly 30m after going through a green light I entered a turning lane where there was another light before the store/gas station. Flashing lights behind me, so I continued to the parking lot.
Cop- Do you know why I stopped you?" "You were going only 28 in a 40 zone, we're you drinking?, let me see your license"

I would sue, there is no minimum speed and unless you were swerving there was no need to stop you.

Had a right to stop and check you..Driving the speed limit is paramount

Too slow in certain situations dangerous. Lonely freeway one can come motoring 'roun' a corner and ram you. Don't know about going through a light then almost immediately entering a turning lane though.
