He made too many questionable moves in the last few months, his biggest on being, flying to Florida to kneel to Trump, he lost credibility there.

Nine years in a parliamentary system is a good run.

Justin Trudeau could have done the greatest job as Prime Minister but would still be leaving by now. Par for course.

In Canadian politics, there are only four other Prime Ministers that have served longer than ten years. One of those is Justin’s father, Pierre Elliott Trudeau.

BTW Justin Trudeau is a better man than Trump.

In Two Years: The Resurgence of Quebec's Referendum Debate

Momentum is building in "la belle province" for a referendum in two years by the "Parti Québécois".

The existing Liberals will be decimated in the next election.

Justin Trudeau's legacy is in this province where his father was revered.

Expect a comeback to keep Quebec within Canada by Justin.

The two main federal parties in Canada are very close to the political center. One spends when they are in power and when the other gets elected, they cut spending. Really no difference whichever one is in power. Sparks fly at the provincial level.

Trudeau may have a role to play in Quebec in the future just like Jean Charest who went form the leader of the Progressive Conservative Party to Premier of Quebec during a time when Quebec was threatening to separate from Canada.

Whatever he does, I don't think Trudeau will disappear from the political landscape.

Heads of state during pandemics are all having a rough time. Justin no different. Made some mistakes but who hasn't. Maybe time for a different voice. Not that the other parties will offer anything better. Pierre Polivar (Conservative) is DT Canadian style and the other 2 parties ... well the less said the better. Based on that whomever wins the Liberal leadership has a good chance in the next election though if you listen to the media the Conservatives pretty much have it sown up.

He is not a head of state - he is head of government - Parliamentary not Presidential system.

I did use Head of state in a broader context but yes I get it that Canada uses the Westminster system. Thanks
