Changing the Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of America

lol lol lol Is that the same as changing the projected path of a hurricane with a sharpie?

It seems that windmills are killing whales also. I just started watching, so I probably missed some other gems smile

I saw a video recently where the creator suggested combining Canada, the United States and Mexico into one country and calling it C.U.M. Yes folks, it will be comedy central for the next 4 years.

But Mexico can never become part of the United States because its people are the wrong color ...

Mexico is named for the Mexica tribe whose final location where they built their civilization until the Aztecs invaded their Valley of Mexico so Mexico predates the US by more than 800 years at least.

That is all

Are you surprised that someone with the level of ignorance of history shown by Donald Trump would want to rename the Gulf of Mexico? He is probably unaware that California, Arizona, New Mexico and other parts of the United States were formerly parts of Mexico.

Are you suggesting that inflation and the economy did not play a major role in the last election? I'm asking for zerky ...

It played a minor role. His ability to relate to working-class voters and speak to their frustrations played a big part in the win. But his focus on immigration and social identity played the major role, methinks.

But what do I know of the misfits who the misfits only know?
I'm just rocking in my hammock on a day off, chatting with my parrot on this warm Caribbean day! lol

I am willing to wager that every Presidential election during my lifetime has been decided primarily based on the "state" (real or perceived) of the economy. In the immortal words of Bill Clinton, "It's the economy stupid."

Regarding working class voters and their frustrations, inflation and the high costs of groceries were major contributors to those frustrations, no? And if by social identity you are referring to the anti-LGBTQ Republican ad campaign, I think that played a small but not insignificant role because of the closeness of the election and the Harris campaign's failure to respond to those ads. I swear I saw those ads at least 3 times per day leading up to the last election.

In addition to those factors, I think racism, sexism and xenophobia also played significant roles in the outcome of the last election.

It seems like the annexations of Canada, Greenland and the Panama Canal are the 2024 equivalent of building a wall and getting Mexico to pay for it - impossible objectives that are put out there to distract the masses while the oligarchs continue to line their pockets.

Did you hide the insect spray when taking that picture?

With all those blooming flowers, your hammock environment must serve as attraction for bees and the like.

Oops, sorry. You did indicate that yours was like the one in the picture. redface

See Trump start with his diversion tactics already. Not working this time around.
Trump throwing out kinds of bs while his billionaires raid the treasury.
