Title IX came into being in 1972. Similarly to exaggerating and even lying about Roe vs Wade to rile uo ppl (eg babies are murdered immediately after birth) so too they lie about Biden Admins attempted amendments. Biden aimed to protect all persons in a school environment (eg can't fire someone for being or suspected of being gay). Conservatives jump on the bathroom and sports bandwagon to hide true aims and prejudices

when i was a schoolboy there is nothing i would have loved more than be able to share the girls locker-room -- i can remember in lower elementary school, little boys use to put a piece of broken mirror on their shoe top so when they stood close to a girl they could see under their dress

If I were to see a tampon in men's bathroom it wouldn't bother me one bit, just as nothing I see in a men's bathroom bothers me. Okay. not quite true. I am bothered by men who go to the loo, and walk out without washing their hands, making me wonder who and what they touch next. Otherwise, I go in there, do my thing, clean up and leave.

Maybe you can’t blame white men for not wanting people of color to get meaning-full positions in society. (Well they didn’t want white women to even go to college or vote either). They said we couldn’t be quarterbacks, baseball pitchers, gymnasts, etc. because we lacked certain necessities. (google Al Campanis) they let us in and we excel, became some of the elites.

Read the book and/or watch the movie “hidden Figures” – see who were the reliable and indispensable mathematician and computer data managers.

It’s very much worth the effort. And the young black female mathematician who worked on the Nassa space program had to go to court to get permission to attend the University of Virginia to get her advanced degree. she was not allowed to attend day classes, so she had to go to night classes.
