Our collective suffering at the hands of colony masters. Neither time nor space nor language can separate that.

Remembering Anton de Kom. How many of us have heard of him? Why should his memory escape us?

You mean the ties that bind us together as Africans? Many westerners are becoming alarmed and concerned by the number of people of African ancestry living in the diaspora, from US, UK, Canada and the Caribbean who are heading to West Africa, particularly Ghana, building huge mansions, opening businesses, buying large numbers of acres of land and Accra is in the verge of becoming the new Atlanta or even New York on the African continent. Ghana actually inviting persons in the diaspora to obtain citizenship. In fact when you visit West Africa use your Caribbean passport and not the US or Canadian passport, you will avoid paying the large Visa fee, as immigration officers welcome you home big grin
