Biden pardons Garvey

From history commentators, those charges against Garvey were cooked up charges, jf that was the case, it's a shame Garvey is being pardon for things he did not do

Agree - record should be expunged but no president can do that. At least this is a start

Nice reward for their efforts...Can't say I have any good words to say about the leadership
of Jamaican PMs over the years.
When Obama visited, he sent money to have a road way repaved to take him to destination from
NM Airport...but he should have brought such a Pardon with him..but Portia was in charge..
Jamaica sure have had its fair share of deadheads as leaders ..No way would I entertain the first Black President to
my country when his country treated our First National Hero with such disdain after trumped up charges against him
to boot..
But I am relieved even though its been over 70 years for a first step has been taken. Expungement should be
the next step...but who among the eat-a-food generation will step forward.???????

Perhaps the Criminal President Trump who will assume the World Leadership will move on this in the cause of a fellow c'riminal'. Nothing to this for
him..he is seen as a Walker on water in today's America.

But he may demand Jamaica as the 52nd State

This still doesn't untarnish Biden's legacy.

This doesn't make Garvey more or less of a hero or whatever you perceive

My maternal great uncles were Garveyites. One attended Howard and the other Tuskegee.
They were from Suriname. The Howard uncle introduced my grandma to her Bajan husband.

Garvey were everywhere.
