WI mantra seems to be discard Yardies as soon as they fail in a test, while others are allowed to play with protracted failures, hoping that they will make a big score soon. The double standard continues.

Great.....many West indies batters were totally messed up by Monty Desai & Riefer......
Toby Radford..did commendable job....under him..Hope, Bonner, Blackwood all prospered.....So much so.....Bonner during particular series called up Rashford to rectify technical flaw and went on to score century...

Agreed. Positions 2-6 are in play and everyone is in contention for those spots. An average of 30 now looks good for this WI batting line up

Actually he played a pivotal role in that Hope- Brathwaite victory against England in 2016.....scored 50+ in chasing down target...hitting Anderson huge sixes....
He is a match winner.....needs proper batting coach....as almost all West Indies batters do......

VOD just recently I was thinking that you have changed from your insular self with maturity but I might be wrong. Imagine you are considering to retain consistently failed players over a player with a much higher test average and looking like he could bowl a few too.
