Thanks for sharing...
Just recalling how a few posters tried to diminish TT defeat of CCC saying they were weak,From day one they were making such comments, they don't look that weak at the moment against the strongest team in the world.

Great to see the school boys doing well and making Guyana work hard.
First class cricket should be tough.

I love the look of Ojay Shields, how old is he? , nice smooth action and does have some pace.
Guyana HE,got 5 players with test experience and they talk about about another player who could be one getting into the test team.Watch wah going on now,not many ever mention Trini players but what did we do to the same CCC who is now bossing GHE.
In reply to CoverDrive
He has that easy gas. Watched him last year and was hoping he continued to build. He seems to be
developing more control and making the batsmen play. Hope he uses his short ball more also. It seems
WI batsmen have no clue how to play short, fast bowling. They really need to be attacked chest up.

It is disappointing to see Guyan struggle against the CCC after winning against Barbados last week. Once again it shows how the batting folds once a regional team spends a full day fielding.
Nice going CCC! School dem!
In reply to voiceofreason
Five players with test experience and a couple wannabees and yuh still getting schooled, schoolboys turn masters, cricket is a funny game and this could turn so easily to either side, still though a good game.
outside of shemar joseph the guyanese bowling is not that great the last game barbados did not apply themselves at all spin bowling being their downfall again seriously locknaugh looks as mediocre a spinner as any in the region .the ccc at least applied themselves in the first inning of this match
In reply to velo
You always seem to make premature concrete conclusions...that end up being wrong
In reply to ray
what was i wrong about? all i said was guyana was getting licks which they were in the firtst innings of the the last match i never said anybody was going to win and i am not saying ccc will win this either.
and i stand by the fact guyanese bowling besides shamar is not that great

You have to hand it to Guyana. They have that winning mentality that always seems to get them out from down under. Well done Imlach. This is definitely your time.
How did they win anything? They lost first innings, will be fortunate to win outright tmrw. Not that I dont want them to win, just a bit critical of their bowling and batting before the second innings
In reply to jacksparrow
Poor team selection and captaincy is to be blamed for the position they are in.
It's like he had two bowlers alone in the first inning.. Permaul and Shamar. Should have rotated his bowlers more. Sinclair and Looknauth were underbowled.
Young Lovell was de one they identified to replace Smithy (who was struggling with a toe injury).. the youth should have played.. that's another pacer who could play shots like Ali Mohammed on the bench. Nandu was the one who supposed to sit this one out.
In reply to anthonyp
In my honest opinion, Tage should sit before Nandu.
C’mon, a fella with international experience struggling to score…
That ball on off stump moving in VIA spin or out VIA pace has his number.

The CCC players need to use their brains more, they gifted the match away, if they had batted a half an hour longer, they could have given Guyana a bigger challenge
they performed better in this round unfortunately corbin was not able to take the field after the first innings i don't know how teams keep letting guyana off with a attack of permaul looknauth and sinclair in it boggles the mind how poor wi batsmen are
Nandu dropped again...
