If they were really looking into fraud and waste they would scrutinize some of those Gov contracts like the ones Elon have with the Government. You could find greater savings there. I wonder how MAGA is going to take it when they realize that TRUMP and Elon only cutting departments and firing people to get rid of regulations and oversite so that they can fund tax cuts to billionaires and Elon can make rockets without any safety concerns and manipulate stock prices and basically make billionaires get even richer. If everything goes according to plan MAGA won't care one bit even when they gut Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security.
I also see they moving the consumer protection agency to the IRS so that they can gut that agency too. So no more consumer protections and MAGA will be at the behest of billionaires and big corporations. Should be fun when that start to bite. Those savings, waste and fraud at that agency will please MAGA big time.
