Khushdil to Shreyas Iyer, out Caught by Imam!! Excellent catch but there's no celebration from Pakistan! Shreyas Iyer shimmies down and backs away a long way as he looks to go inside-out over extra cover. Strikes well but doesn't get the necessary elevation. Imam dives full-length to his right at extra cover and snaffles it superbly with both hands.

Shaheen Afridi to Hardik Pandya, out Caught by Rizwan!! Hardik Pandya is walking! 131.3kph, short and down the leg-side from round the wicket, Hardik Pandya looks to help it on its way to fine leg with a pull shot. Only manages to get a glove on it and Rizwan moves to his left to pouch it.

Salman Agha to Kohli, 1 run, 80.7kph, Kohli gets down to slogsweep, the ball rolls towards short fine leg off his back leg. Did he get a bat on it? Rizwan takes his time before reviewing it. There's a spike on UltraEdge, which confirms an under-edge. Pakistan burn a review and there's a big roar from the crowd

Nahid Rana to Ravindra, 1 run, hundred on WC debut, hundred on CT debut! This guy doesn't know the meaning of nerves. This Kiwi only knows how to fly high. Was a length delivery, outside off, Ravindra stood back and tapped it wide of the man at point for a single. The entire Kiwi camp is up and applauding. He came in when the ball was nibbling around and his team was in a wobble. But he has stroked his way to a majestic ton

Six games into the tournament and the favourites have won every one. Worse still, the England - Australia game aside, after a couple of hours of play, all of them felt eminently predictable. Five or six hours is a long time waiting for the inevitable. I no longer have the attention span nor mental stamina to keep watching.

Australia vs South Africa, 7th Match

Match abandoned due to rain (No toss)

This was coming. Rain has had the last say and the match has been called off. It rained since morning and it never really stopped to give the groundstaff any chance. With the cut-off time being 7:32 pm, there was no way this ground could have been readied for a 20-over contest. Both teams share 1 point each and it means that tomorrow's encounter between England and Afghanistan has turned into a virtual knockout with the loser becoming the third team to be eliminated. Group A has already been decided, this washout does complicate things in Group B. It has been raining in Lahore as well, but we'll hope for some cricket tomorrow. For now, cheers and bye..
