Sometimes it takes someone with nefarious intentions to get us to do what is right!

Ralph has continually warned his counterparts about the dangers of these citizenship by investment programs. SVG and Barbados have stayed away from them. But a few people in some of these islands realize that they can get rich from it, so the countries have ignored all warnings. Perhaps now they will listen!
