, it’s going to take a toll on your mental health in the long run.
Maybe it’s time to step back and find a way to compartmentalise things. The reality is, it’s not going to get better anytime soon, and we’ll all be affected by Trump’s actions in some way. But constantly and pointlessly whining day in day out about the orange king isn’t going to change anything.
