Exclusive: How the White House ignored a judge's order to turn back deportation flights
The Trump administration says it ignored a Saturday court order to turn around two planeloads of alleged Venezuelan gang members because the flights were over international waters and therefore the ruling didn't apply, two senior officials tell Axios.

Actually it is beyond dictatorship as Congress has ceded its role and responsibility over to Trump who can do anything
he wants including disregarding the Courts, even at Federal Level. And he has the support too of the minority party, the Democrats
who are toothless and balls less with their latest support for AR spending which their caucus under Schumer has supported.
Its only AOC and Bernie that are showing some guts and taking issues to parts of the Country.
It seems likely that Schumer will face a primary challenge in NY in 2026 and AOC could be his challenger for the Senate seat.
Dems are in a sorry place as things are not as rosy with their Causus and Leadership for the Mid Terms.
And the Con has the Supreme Court all wrapped up and ready to give him more power even that which is not explicitly
embodied in the Constituion.
Oligarchy is more like it in the good old USA.
Trump is likely to be stronger after 2026 and being a lame duck will be more dangerous and destructive.shock

The Democrats, at least the Senate ones, no longer have the right to complain, or call Republican voters stupid, ridiculous or say they FAFO, not ever, ever again. They also have no right to complain about anything that the GOP/Trump/Musk is doing. They should keep quiet when other members of the chamber who didn't vote for the Republican CR bill. And should be un-mercilessly pummeled as the GOP/Trump/Musk keep doing what they been doing as now, it is their fault. Senate Democrats who voted for it, own this $hit from here onward. Stock market already crashing, prices going up, unemployment going up economy on the verge of crashing, trade war in full flight. GDP already sinking, Trump and Whitehouse telling the country they will have to bear pain/discomfort...this should have been an easy lay up. Then Chuck Schumer opened his mouth and said, it is not a bipartisan bill-first clue. Republicans locked themselves in a room and came up with it. He said its a bad bill-2nd clue, bad for the people-3rd clue, bad for the country-4th clue, bad for congress-5th clue, the only group it is good for is the GOP - sirens going off, but he is going to vote for it-utterly senseless. He said no one wins from a Government shutdown - giant flashing green flag. So then if only 1 set a people winning from this current situation so how do u get a reset that all win or no one wins. Makes absolutely no sense Schumer... what he supposedly fears is already here, yet only 1 set of people feeling the pain. Damn his logic.....

It’s even more serious if you mean the Republicans listened to the people.

The ‘people’ are dumb to think that Hilary and Kamala were unconscionable in front of Trump.

Or is it that the people didn't listen to the Democrats?

"America had an open book test with all the answers highlighted and still failed."

1.Harris told CBS's Norah O'Donnell that Trump would adopt the policies outlined in Project 2025 despite his denial.
...
7.And finally, Harris told people at a Univision Town Hall that Trump would be a dictator on day one of his presidency.

Mmmmmmmmmmm!

Now that the delusional misfits are turning against their liberal cult, it might be a good time to gather and form a new party.
It will be the most beautiful party ever. Everyone will say so. Tremendous.
It will be massive, filled with only supercilious misfits. They will be able to show the world their far-reaching influence! Bring it on.

Even the damn courts cant enforce the law any longer cuz half of the judiciary branch is deliberately being a Florida beach blonde while the other half struggling to maintain the rule of law. Secretaries openly making fun of the courts, others not even afraid to say that they not doing what the court says. The US is literally in a constitutional crises and don't even know it yet.

Blame Merrick (the pussy) Garland.
Trump should hunt him down and have Pam Bondi jail that sucker for malpractice.
I have no idea why Biden felt the need to pick this guy as his AG.
Maybe he felt sorry for him because the Repugnants did not even let him smell a confirmation hearing, let alone a vote to the Supreme Court.
