Parkites, Da Silva sink Central Sports

Joshua Da Silva is in a very good groove these days.Having scored three centuries already in the West Indies Four-Day Championship and helped the Trinidad and Tobago Red Force to be strong contenders for the title with two rounds to go, he brought his golden touch to his Queen’s Park Cricket Club, yesterday.

Da Silva hit an authoritative unbeaten 102 as QPCC 1 knocked defending champions Central Sports out of contention in the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board’s CPL/TKR T20 Festival.
The Parkites’ six-wicket victory in the Group A match meant Central Sports (two points) are unable to overtake them.

I need to see him bat, cause I as I did with Ramdin felt he likes to premeditate. Wondering if he has over come that and plays each delivery on merit?

interestingly Goolie is playing club cricket. Does that mean that he was dropped by TT despite scoring a century in his opening match? Cooper has had a different opening partner in every round which certainly must not be good for him or for stability in the team.

I thought Goolie was injured for the Barbados match which is why he didn't play. I'm thinking he must be better now and getting match practice by playing here.

That's speculation on my part.

Regardless, young Pooran did well in his absence. Good problem to have.
