Roach is/was the last good fast bowler produced , in his hay day of pace like fire after 18 test matches:

Matches: 18
SR : 28
Wicket : 68

If this guy stays injury free , he has the potential to be with the greats.

Seales.......an exceptional talent but lacks pace.... which is exposed when bowls with Kookaburra balls....for a guy so tall...if he bowls @140 km +.....world beater...but...

personally i don't think you need exceptional pace to cause problems. he might struggle in Australia...emphasis on might, but nowhere else. And we already have hit the deck bowlers like shamar toput the fear of god in batsmen in australia when the time calls for it

How much pace did Pige McGrath have. Ask Hubert about Lester King’s Sabina test debut circa ‘60’s early. Movement especially late movement at anything over medium pace can do in any batsman. Bob Massie vs England?

Seales looked a couple yards quicker this year, esp in the Bim match.

Was Lester King better than Rudy Cohen, I was told that Rudy ran all the Bajan school boys in the tour to Bim except Keith Boyce and Tony King.

With Kookaburra ball Seales struggled...... Australia,New Zealand, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh all use Kookaburra ball.....a bowler don't get swing .....apart from first morning..dozen overs.....

Seales, with that physical capabilities can be world class, if can bowl at least 140 .... capable of getting wicket in any conditions....

He reminds of Cameron Cuffy....after injury....used to Bowl 130....was unplayable in certain conditions but faltered elsewhere....

Seales, being so young....must used modern scientific method....to gain a few yard...

Bro... McGrath could bowl 148 km....

Never ever compare different era bowler.....

60.... uncovered pitch, no batting equipment, bowlers..

Cut to 2025... batsmen covered from head to toe...tailored pitches....T-20,Bazball ....

Can't compare...

Looking around top bowlers in world test .....Bumrah, Shami,Rabada,Starc, Hazelwood...all conditions...top bowlers.... average speed 140+..... speed in today test cricket... imperative...
