I am a cynic, I think they tried to set up this journalist. I refuse to believe that these people that careless. It was deliberate. You can just add a well known journalist to a group chat like that by mistake. Maybe they wanted to catch with classified info or something but I don't think these jokers made a mistake.

This guy Hegseth doesn't come across as sober but as very flighty! He strikes me as a guy who could make a mistake and the party leader would attribute it to youthful exuberance!

Trump probably think its a lie the news paper telling or they told him it was a lie the publication telling. Notice when he heard about it he said he never liked the Atlantic Publication, they are nasty and write lies...like he would know the difference.

I deal only with facts.

My points are:
Trump knows exactly what happened.
Trump plays his detractors like they're toddlers.
Trump knows they messed up.
Trump knows he can do and say whatever he wants with little repercussion as long as his base is appeased.
The left is leaderless, rudderless and insignificant.

Ok, so I think I am getting to understand you a little bit. So because of your so called factual determination it means no discussion necessary, no analysis of the situation, just blind acceptance of what is clearly not normal and move on. You don't think that there should be any characterization of the leader of the free world, in that he can consistently go in front of the world and lie and nothing should be said as he is speaking to his base and you alone on here, within this medium, has somehow unlocked this gem, which makes you so much more entuned with whats happening and everyone else is in an echo chamber. And any discussion of such action, activities is an echo and nothing of substance can be added, removed achieved by engaging in such discussions. VIX is more entertained by the Caribbean people (also know as misfits)'s obsession with Trump. I once saw a reporter who I swear was VIX say that we are letting Trump win when we chase every single stupid thing that Trump does.

Are we too emotionally invested? Probably?
